BETA TERMS
Terms of use.
MIA is beta software provided for evaluation and operational testing. Using it means accepting what follows.
What MIA is, and is not
- MIA provides decision support. It does not authorize maintenance, and it is not a safety interlock, a control system, or a system of record.
- It reports what its evidence shows and names what that evidence cannot settle. Correlation is never presented as causation.
- You remain responsible for validating source data and for applying site procedures, engineering standards, lockout/tagout requirements, and every other applicable control. A qualified person decides; MIA informs.
Your data is yours
- You keep all rights to the operational data you load. Granting MIA the right to process it in order to provide the service is the only licence you give.
- It is not used to train models, sold, or shared for advertising.
- You can export it and delete it at any time — see the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not share credentials, or use an account you were not given.
- Do not attempt to reach another tenant's data, or run security testing against the hosted service without written permission. Reporting something you found by accident is welcome — see Security.
- Do not upload credentials, regulated health information, payment-card data, or export-controlled material.
- Do not present MIA's output as an engineering determination, a regulatory record, or a safety clearance.
Beta expectations
- Availability, features and behaviour may change without notice, and beta access may end.
- MIA is provided as-is and without warranty. Do not use it as the sole basis for a decision that carries safety, regulatory or significant financial consequence.
- Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. The export exists for exactly this.
- Either side can end beta access at any time. Export your data first; ask us and we will help.
Beta status. These terms govern beta use and have not been reviewed by counsel. Formal Terms of Service will replace them before paid or broad commercial release.
